What counts as a question?

Every message a client sends in the chat. A five-message conversation counts as five questions.

Why a yearly bank?

Your clients ask most of their questions before the season. On the annual plan you use your questions when you need them, with no monthly limit.

What happens when the bank runs out?

You get a warning before you get there. You can add a top-up in one click or move to Pro.

Does it work with my brands?

The chat works with every PDF and Excel catalog in your Drive. Live sales and inventory reports are available for Rossignol, LEVEL and Smartwool, and more brands are added on request.

Do my catalogs stay private?

Only the people you allow can see them. Your documents are not used to train any AI model.

Can I cancel?

The monthly plan cancels any time. The annual plan covers the year you paid for.
